Abstract:
From analysis of public opinion data, it was determined that there is a substantial need for the services of the Farmer's Home Administration. Half of the population outside standard metropolitan statistical areas say they are in need of major home improvements and about 30-40 percent say they would be willing to apply for a government loan.
