Paxton, Pamela, “trust in decline?,” Contexts, 4 (Winter, 2005), 40-46.
Abstract:
This article explores the decline of trust in America. Trust in individuals has been gradually declining, while trust in institutions is tied in more closely to current events in society. Paxton hopes that by building and rebuilding trust in institutions we can rebuild more trust in others.
