Abstract:

If the Reagan economic policy continues to bring about economic growth leading to improvement in standards of living for middle-class Americans, averts economic disaster from the massive deficit it has amassed, and prevents general tax increases, the New Federalism ideology of reducing aid to the poor will continue.
